House Rules
Unfortunately the tiny is not suitable for children or pets due to the dangers of the creek and livestock on the property.
Use of this property, including the creek, bushwalking, exploring the grounds, any interaction with farm animals & wildlife is at guests own risk.
The wee tiny is a quiet and peaceful place, we have neighbours and sound can travel in the valley so please be mindful to keep noise to a minimum and quiet time after 10pm is essential.
No parties or events.
This place is to be enjoyed by booked guests only.
No candles
No open camp fires
Location shoots come at an additional fee, they must be organised and agreed upon prior to booking. Please see out location shoot page for further information.
Things to Note
You have the wee tiny, hot tub and the surrounding area all to yourself, with separate access and contactless self check in/out.
We live on the property in the main farmhouse but like to let you do your own thing. You may see us out and about working with the animals feel free to say hi, if you would like.
We like to give you space but we are available if needed.
Please note that though most days are filled only with the sound of birds and the creek running that our property is situated between the creek and a sealed rural no through road, so you may hear cars, motorbikes, slashing & or farm animals.
The tiny is on absolute creek frontage.
There is a small set six stairs with no handrail to enter the tiny.
We have a step in claw foot shower over bath, so we may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
We are located on a farm; we have cows & honeybees on the property. There is also a potential that you may come into contact with an array of wildlife, please consider if this is going to be an issue for you before booking.
You will need a car for your stay with us as we are in a rural location. It is very important for guests to have travel insurance as very occasionally our road may close temporarily, due to flooding.
Guests must take responsibility for having insurance. We cannot issue refunds or extend bookings due to weather affecting your travel plans.
cANCELLATION POLICY
Change of Dates
Change of dates made before 28 days of your arrival will be considered but incur administration fee + transaction fee
No change of dates within 28 days of your arrival
Within 28 days of your arrival, change of dates are treated as cancellations, refer to our cancellation policy below
Cancellation Policy
28 days prior to arrival we will provide a full refund minus administration fee & transaction fee
27 to 8 days prior – 50% refund minus administration fee & transaction fee
7 to 0 days prior – no refund or change of dates 100% forfeited
(Note that if booking date changes are made, original arrival dates will be used for cancellation policy)
Any payments or gift vouchers will be forfeited for non arrivals
Administration fee is $30
